The Boxted Airfield Museum, 

Because of Covid 19 the Museum has been closed but great news it reopens on 26th July 2020. We will have restrictions in place.

We will monitor this open day and then make a decision about future openings

Brand new exhibition hall opened in March 2019.

This building features a major B26 Marauder aircraft exhibit featuring "Mr Shorty" the largest section of a Marauder in the UK, also a photographic "Then and Now" display it shows the condition of the buildings that are left. Where possible we have included pictures of buildings that have disappeared.

The Museum can be opened for special and group visits, including illustrated talks on the Airfield's history. Military veterans and their families are invited to request a private tour of the Museum and surrounding area.

Admission donation £4. Accompanied children free.

Individual and Family Annual Memberships available.

Light refreshments and Airfield souvenirs are available for purchase.
